Guide to managing your membership

We understand that sometimes things crop up and as such you will need to unregister for a class.

You can do this directly via TeamUp (either desktop or app).
We have a notice period of 24 hours in place, which means if you cancel more than 24 hours before your class time, your credit will be returned into your class package or membership.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go until your class starts, the credit cannot be returned as per the The Vibe's late cancellation terms and conditions.

This can be established from your TeamUp account for monthly memberships and class packs.

You can cancel your membership at any time, in line with our 28 day notice period which everyone agrees to at the time of joining for a membership.

Out memberships (with the exception of The Vibe Starter) do not have a minimum period.


Example: your membership bills on the 30th of every month. You must cancel by the 2nd of the month to give 28 days notice. If you cancel on the 16th for example, this is only 14 days to your next scheduled payment date, so you will be charged one last time.

You can amend your payment details for your recurring monthly memberships via your TeamUp account at any point.

At any point you can upgrade or downgrade with our flexible memberships - no need to cancel and start afresh.

  • Upgrades start immediately and you will be credited with any overpayment from your previous bill.
  • Downgrades start at the end of your current billing cycle

If you would like an upgrade/downgrade to be scheduled into the future, please email us at thevibestudioltd@gmail.com and we will take care of it for you!


Your recurring monthly membership bills on the same date every month in line with the date when you started the membership.

Example: you started your membership on the 1st Jan, hence you will be billed on the 1st of every month going forward.

If you have a date that is more convenient for you, such as the 28th of last day of every month in line with payday, please email us at thevibestudioltd@gmail.com and we can move any payment dates going forward for you.


If you would like to freeze your membership or class package, please email us at thevibestudioltd@gmail.com

Packages & memberships can be placed on hold free of charge when a doctor’s note is provided, or alternatively an administration fee can be paid of £5 should you wish to freeze your membership for 1-3 months.

The administration free of £5 can be purchased via the TeamUp Store front.


Please don’t worry, these things sometimes happen.

Our payment processor will automatically re-attempt payment the following day. If this re-attempt payment fails again, there will be another attempt three days after. Should this payment fail, we will contact you directly.

As soon as your card details are updated/payment has been processed, you will be able to book classes.
