PAYG, PACKAGES & MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS

As standard, all bookings made through The Vibe fall under our 24-hour cancellation policy.

All bookings are strictly non-transferable.

You can manage your cancellations via the TeamUp app or by logging into your TeamUp account on your desktop.

If you cancel a class with more than 24 hours’ notice from the lesson start time, your credit is refunded into your membership pack allowance, or a refund into your bank account is automatically issued if you booked the session via PAYG. Depending on your bank, please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to process.

If you are unable to attend a class you've booked, please ensure you update TeamUp accordingly as this will give someone else the opportunity attend in your place.

All direct debit memberships have a strict 28 day cancellation policy which can be managed via your TeamUp account. 

Memberships will start from the date of purchase.

Some events that we hold, such as photoshoots with external photographers, etc. will be non-refundable, but possibly transferable.
